The bankruptcy trustee, Mladen Marković, signed a sale and purchase agreement with MMS Property Solutions (MMS), which offered €3,73 million for 13,2 square meters of land in the former Radoje Dakic factory that went bankrupt.

Retail chain Lidl is part of the Schwartz group based in Neckarsulm, Germany and has been present in Serbia since 2018, while no retail stores have yet opened in BiH, although according to their registry, the company was founded at the end of April.
The authorized persons of MMS are Tomislav Sapina and Dragan Chigoja, who are also authorized persons in Serbian Lidl.
