On the site of the former plant in Podgorica there will be a modern business and residential complex

Sambic Construction on the site of the former Radoje Dakić plant in Podgorica plans to build residential and business complex Stellar Homes, on two plots with a total area of ​​almost 25 m000.

Building of the complex is planned with the participation of DUP Radoje Dakić on sections UP 13 and UP 12, and the chief state architect gave the green light to the conceptual design, which was the responsibility of Sambic Construction. The document, published on the website of the Ministry of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urban Planning, explains that the preliminary design applies only to section 13, and section 12 will be the subject of a special project.

The owner of a 51% stake in Sambic (Savana Acquisition Mountain Black Investment Capital AD) is Savana Commercial Retail, a subsidiary of Savana AB, Montenegrin businessman Veselin Miyach. Mijach bought the plots last year for 8,5 million euros and then announced the construction of a state-of-the-art residential and business district.

These are plots No. 12 and 13, which are located next to each other and together occupy about 25 m000.

The area of ​​UP 13 is approaching 14 m000, and the total area of ​​buildings to be built on it is 2 m28. The location is part of the space of a former factory for the production of construction equipment. The aim of the project was to maintain the triple identity of the place and at the same time be urban, rural and "industrial".

A block is formed on the site, which consists of six lamellas A, B, C, D, E and F. The number of storeys of the buildings will be the basement plus five floors. 24 m305 are planned for housing and 2 m4 are for business.

The total number of apartments will be 413, 500 parking spaces are planned.
