In Montenegrin families, more than a third of the money is spent on food, least of all on culture and education.

The largest share of the costs Montenegrin families account for food costs - 37,1% and utility costs (housing, water, electricity) - 15,1%. 

This is followed by expenses on clothing and footwear - 9,8%, transport - 9,1%, communications - 6,1%, health - 4,9%, furniture and interior items - 4,4%, alcoholic beverages and tobacco - 3,4 .2,6%, restaurants - 1,3%, education - XNUMX%.

These are the results of a Monstat survey conducted between February 1st and January 31st, 2022. 1333 households were interviewed on the territory of Montenegro.
