The emergence of hotel brands InterContinental, Accor, Hyatt and Marriott is great news for Montenegro

“They are the ones who push us to be better. They are the benchmark of world standards in this industry. The vision we created about ten years ago when we dreamed of starting a band was created by everything we learned and how IHG, Hayat, Marriott and all the other big hotel brands grew. I think it is very important that all of them are with us, especially when it comes to microlocation, in the bay,” Milic said.

According to him, the Marriott is under construction in an extremely important place in Kotor, and he believes that this will greatly contribute to the development of the city and tourism and take it to a much higher level.

“Hayat has already signed a contract and is expected to become a franchisor in Stoliv, in the Bay of Kotor, from the upcoming season. Accor is present in Risan through the Movenpick brand. All this should push us, small hoteliers, to be better, think more strategically, think about standards and procedures, in this way, this will contribute to our competitiveness as a destination and its development in the future,” Milic added.
