New 5-star hotel Pullman Resort will open in Montenegro

Accor, the world's leading hotel group, is expanding its portfolio in South Eastern Europe by signing a franchise agreement with Pullman Resort & Residences Bar Montenegro. Thus, the first hotel of the premium Accor brand opens in Montenegro. The resort, which will be located on the Adriatic coast, will open its doors to the first guests by the end of 2025.

Located on Bar Riviera, just 100 meters from the sea, Pullman Resort & Residences Bar Montenegro will be the perfect place for a summer holiday. Guests will have not only direct access to the beach, but also a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea on one side and the mountain ranges on the other. The hotel will be part of a mixed-use resort with branded accommodations and sufficient support infrastructure for guests and locals. The new hotel will offer tourists and business travelers 165 modern, comfortable and exclusive rooms, including 244 residential rooms.

The signing of a franchise agreement for the first five-star premium hotel in Bar is one of the largest investment projects in tourism and hospitality being implemented in Montenegro.

As part of a multifunctional resort, the new hotel will offer visitors and residents a wide range of first-class amenities such as a spa area, swimming pools including a heated saltwater pool, massage and relaxation rooms, a gym, retail areas, a children's area and a unique beach area. For fans of gastro tours, several options will be offered: a restaurant, a sports bar, an open-air Sky bar on the terrace, a spa bar and a pool bar in front of the hotel. Business guests can use 1 banquet hall and 3 conference rooms.

Owner of Pullman Resort & Residences Bar Montenegro is group Liko Soho.

“Our biggest goal from the very beginning was to work with an experienced partner that matches the size of the project. The well-established position of the world leader in the hospitality industry with many years of experience and a large portfolio of brands with a global reach were the main factors in choosing Accor as a partner,” said Igor Lysov, founder and majority shareholder of Liko Soho Group. “We believe that our vast experience, combined with our perseverance, will create a long-term and synergistic relationship that will bring success and contribute to the further development of the tourism industry in Montenegro.”
