Turkish Airlines Turkish Airlines increase the number of flights from Istanbul to Podgorica and Tivat after the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with AirMontenegro at the Eastern Mediterranean International Tourism and Travel Fair (EMITT) in Istanbul.

The purpose of the signed agreement, according to ExYu Aviation News, is to enable Turkish Airlines and Air Montenegro "to achieve common goals in providing air transport services between the two countries by strengthening mutual commercial cooperation."

As a result, starting from June 2, Turkish Airlines will increase the frequency of flights between Istanbul and Tivat from three to five flights per week, and from June 5, an additional rotation of flights to Podgorica will be added, for a total of twelve flights per week.

The new contract will also allow Air Montenegro to increase the number of flights to Turkey.
