Residential complex on the seashore. Each house is a 3-storey mansion and in accordance with the project consists of 3 apartments located on each floor. All apartments have a separate entrance from the street. The exterior decoration of each house is made in the "Mediterranean" style using stone, white facade paint and metal structures. The interior decoration is completed. The floors in the living quarters and in the kitchen are parquet, in the bathroom and hallway - tiles. Each apartment consists of a large living room with kitchenette and a veranda, 3 bedrooms with balconies, 1 or 2 bathrooms combined with a toilet. Each apartment has a sea view and, thanks to windows and balconies on 3 sides, has natural temperature comfort: at any daylight hours you can find a room located in the shade or in the sun. Each house is connected to external urban engineering communications and a wired communication network. This ensures uninterrupted supply of houses with electricity, cold water, sewage, as well as television. The complex also has an autonomous backup water supply system. The supply of apartments with hot water, as is customary in Montenegro, is ensured by the equipment installed in the apartments for heating water (boiler in the bathroom and instantaneous water heater in the kitchen). Each apartment is provided with plumbing, an electric stove, Wi-Fi access and other equipment providing for the turnkey delivery of the facility.
