Energy-saving heating and cooling technologies in combination with the most modern Fen Coil system are an undeniable advantage of the project and provide energy savings several times over. Each apartment is equipped with a separate heat pump and Fen Coil system, which allows you to adjust the individual energy consumption.

As in all projects of our company, high quality materials and modern seismic safety technologies are used during construction. At the base of the foundation is a “floating platform” (60 cm monolithic slab).

The building includes nine apartments on three floors, a penthouse, an underground garage for eight cars, and an above ground parking lot.

Location. Meljine is one of the few districts of the city with a flat landscape. Distance to the sea is 150 meters. Surrounded by a year-round infrastructure that includes all the amenities for tourists and locals. In the immediate vicinity of Lazure marina & spa - a premium class complex with the largest beach in the city, SPA complex and an indoor pool. A stone's throw from the magnificent promenade - the five-kilometer Pet Danica promenade, which runs through the city.
