The 100-seat hotel will be built by the CG Ski consortium, which has signed a long-term lease of land with the Montenegrin government. Under its terms, the construction of the complex must begin before the end of the year.
The five-star hotel in Zabljak will be part of The Chedi chain. She already runs one hotel in Montenegro, on the Lustica peninsula. The group also includes luxury facilities in Bali (Indonesia), Vietnam, Oman and Switzerland.
The hotel will be located on the site of the military sanatorium Mediteran. The project cost is estimated at 5,5 million euros.
