The complex is located in the village of Kumbor, near Herceg Novi. At the moment, the first stage is open - 214 residences, as well as D-Marin Marina and Portonovi Beach Club.
Earlier, a border point was opened for sea travelers here. Marina has 238 berths for yachts up to 120 m long.
The entire complex is planned to be commissioned in 2020. The total investment in the project is estimated at 1 billion euros. Territory of Portonovi - 26 hectares.
In addition to the marina and residences, the project includes the One & Only luxury hotel, the Espace Chenot Health Wellness Spa, sports facilities, numerous boutiques, restaurants and bars.
Project developer - Azmont Investments. It was established by the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan, which in 2012 won a tender for the development of the territory. Construction work in Kumbor began in 2016.
