The building will become a creative center for local artists and other representatives of the art industry. By the way, 1,3 million euros will be spent on the transformation of the former prison.
The project is being implemented with EU funds under the IPA (Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance) program.
In addition, another five similar creative centers are planned to be built in Montenegro. All of them will also be created for the development of contemporary art and entrepreneurship in this area.
