The largest share of buyers in the Lustica Bay project are from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. They are followed by residents of the Middle East and other Western European countries.
In addition, citizens of Russia and the states of the former Soviet Union also show attention to the complex, local media say. The buyers of real estate in the project represent 17 countries of the world.
The complex is being built on the Lustica peninsula near Tivat - on the open coast of the Adriatic Sea. The total project cost is estimated at 1,1 billion euros.
In addition, more than 1000 apartments, 500 villas, 7 hotels, two marinas with 226 berths, an 18-hole golf course, shops, restaurants and social infrastructure will be built here. It is planned to invest 90 million euros in infrastructure alone.
