Four-star hotel to be built in Boka Kotor Bay

The four stars hotel will be erected on the site of the outdated Vrmac hotel in the village of Prcanj, near Kotor, said Montenegrin Prime Minister Dusko Markovic.

The hotel will accommodate 105 rooms. The amount of investment in the project is 10 million euros.

The Vrmac Hotel is owned by the Belgrade Institute of Rehabilitation. Here is the longest beach in the Boka Kotorska Bay - one kilometer. The complex was designed for 485 beds. The hotel has a large infrastructure - sports grounds, a swimming pool, numerous halls, shops. But the object is obsolete.

Prcanj is located at the foot of the Vrmac mountain, 8 km from Kotor. The main attraction of the village is the Catholic Church of the Nativity of Our Lady, which was built over 100 years from the end of the 1909th century. The construction of the church was completed only in XNUMX.
