The cost per square meter of housing in a new building in Montenegro from the beginning of July to the end of September is 1 euros. Data provided by the statistical office MONSTAT.
This is 2,4 percent less than the same period last year. And also 7 percent lower than the average price for the period from early April to late June this year.
The average cost per square meter of a new building in the capital was 1082 euros, in the coastal region - 1365 euros, in the central - 660, and in the north - the average price of 676 euros. However, these prices are below market prices. Since the sample includes living space that was built for the needs of employees of government agencies and enterprises. For them, the cost per square meter of housing is estimated below the market average.
