The global hotel chain Marriott Hotel has confirmed that it will bring its Ritz-Carlton brand to Montenegro. She will build a new hotel in Lusticeabout 30 minutes from the airport Tivat.

The first phase of the hotel complex will be completed in the summer of 2023, a hotel with 120 rooms will be open in a year, and the entire resort will be commissioned in 2028.

Ritz-Carlton will have its own jetty, three restaurants, a beach bar, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center and extensive outdoor activities.

The hotel and apartments will become part of a comprehensive service including a yacht club, villas, gardens and a beach bay.

Marriott runs another Montenegro hotel, Four Points by Sheraton in Kolasin.
