In the first month of 2020, 8,7 million euros were invested in Montenegro real estate, 2,2 million euros fell to the share of Russians.
In January 2020, the inflow of foreign investment into the national economy amounted to 50,5 million euros, which is 14,5% less than a year earlier. Capital outflow was recorded at the level of 8,4 million euros, according to the country's Central Bank.
Investors from the United States and Russia are in the lead in terms of investments in the economy of Montenegro - 8,5 million euros and 3,7 million euros, respectively. The third place is taken by Great Britain (3,3 million euros). The list of foreign investors includes representatives from Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Serbia, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and Ukraine.
