Montenegro remains a country free of coronavirus

In Montenegro, not a single case of active coronavirus in the last month has been recorded. Thus, the COVID-19 epidemic ended in the country.

“As of yesterday, a total of 394 samples were analyzed, and no new cases of COVID-19 were detected,” said the Institute of Public Health.

Since last week, compulsory wearing of masks has been canceled in the country, except for public transport and medical facilities. The same rules are maintained in social protection institutions.

Recall that the first time the coronavirus was recorded here on March 17. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 324 cases of infection have been identified in the country. 315 people have recovered. Nine people (all men) died.
