The Government of Montenegro has adopted amendments to the state survey of the port territory at Cape Jeran in Ulcinj. According to the amendments, the location is divided into eight blocks intended for the construction of residential buildings, tourist complexes, fishing ports, restaurants, kindergartens and parks.

Cape Jeran has been designated a port of national interest. It is designed for 60 berths for vessels up to 10 meters long. In addition, it has associated infrastructure for the storage and processing of fish and seafood.

The main goal of the solution is to offer cost-effective prospects for the implementation of planned amenities with the construction of facilities that do not jeopardize public areas.
