Hotels in Montenegro received only 10% of last year's revenues. This is reported by data from a survey conducted by the Union of Employers of Montenegro. At the same time, more than 90% of companies noted a decrease in income. Also, about 60% of companies' revenues fell by 40-60%.
It is reported that since the beginning of the year, about 7 thousand people have lost their permanent jobs. In addition, half of all companies in the country have their accounts blocked. Experts believe that if the situation with the coronavirus does not improve, there could be a question of a massive closure of companies.
