The Montenegrin government has decided to add another one to the list of development projects applying for economic citizenship. We are talking about the Kruzer hotel, the construction of which is planned in Budva.
The documentation submitted to the public invitation by Master Engineering and Bemax indicates that it is planned to invest in the construction of a business model of a five-star condominium in Budva. It has a capacity of 252 housing units and an estimated budget of 58,2 million euros. It is also noted that the investor intends to create 153 new jobs in the complex.
Currently in list of development projects there are 15 projects: seven in Kolasin, three in Zabljak, two in Budva and one each in Moykovice, Tivat and Chani. The total cost of projects applying for economic citizenship is about 450 million euros.
Recall that Economic Citizenship Program "Citizenship by Investment" Montenegro will operate until the end of 2021 and will not remain in force. Appointed Prime Minister of Montenegro Zdravko Krivokapic saidthat plans to change the vector of the country's economic development.
