The Belarusian national airline Belavia will start operating charter flights from Belarus to Montenegro on the route Minsk - Tivat - Minsk from April 30. For Russians, this is another route to Montenegro with a transfer in Belarus. You can get to Minsk by land transport.
Flights will be operated every Sunday. Tickets can only be purchased through tour operators... The estimated cost of a one-way ticket is 175 euros. A return ticket from Minsk (round trip) in May - 275 euros, in June and September - 300 euros, in July - 310 euros and in August - 325 euros.
We also recall that Montenegro is lifting all restrictive measures in the summer season of this year. In this way PCR tests canceled for tourists from Russia, Belarus, North Macedonia and Ukraine. This was announced by the Minister of Finance and Social Protection of the Population of Montenegro Miloiko Spaich.
