Foreign trade volume increased in Montenegro

The total volume of foreign trade of Montenegro in the first three months amounted to 846,6 million euros, which is 58,9% more than in the same period in 2021, reports Monstate.

"Covering imports by exports amounted to 30,7 percent and higher compared to the same period last year, when it was 21,5 percent.

In the structure of exports, mineral fuels and lubricants are most represented in the amount of 69,7 million euros, of which electricity is 66,2 million euros and others.

In the structure of imports, the most represented products are materials in the amount of 132,8 million euros, which includes non-ferrous metals 29,6 million euros and non-metallic mineral products 26 million euros and others.

The largest foreign trade export partners were Switzerland with €40,2 million, Serbia with €34,4 million and Bosnia and Herzegovina with €28,7 million.

The largest foreign trade import partners were Serbia with 112,5 million euros, China with 65,5 million euros and Germany with 53,8 million euros.
