Real estate prices have risen: 4000 euros per 1 m² in the Old Town of Kotor

Real estate in Montenegro is still of great interest, but the offers are not enough, reported Victory representatives of real estate agencies. According to them, prices apartments in Podgorica increased by 13-15%, and in coastal municipalities - by 20-25%. They do not expect further price increases, and some predict that there will be a fall after stagnation.

Zetagradnja owner Blagota Radović expects investment in the housing sector to decline as well as demand for apartments in the coming period.

The executive director of real estate agency Montenegro Prospect, Ivan Dasic, expects property prices on the coast to stagnate and then fall.

He claims that prices per square meter in Bay of Kotor range from €2500 to €3000, and by the sea and in the Old Town Kotor they reach €4000.

In Budva the average price is €2300, apartments in Bar range from €1200 to €1800 for new buildings, and in Herceg Novi an average of €2000,” says Dasic.

Analysts of our real estate agency MD Realty note that since February 24 this year, there has been an increase in demand for rental property.
