Among the largest projects in the tourism industry are Portonovi complexes on the Herceg Novi Riviera, Luštica Bay on the Lustica peninsula, Porto Montenegro in Tivat.
Investors of these properties show other market players that Montenegro is a safe place for capital. Tourism accounts for 32% of investments in the country's economy. The share of the transport industry is 30%, energy - 22%, said Milos Jovanovic, director of the Agency for Attracting Foreign Investments.
“We expect new investments in the energy sector, primarily in the sector of renewable sources such as water, wind and sun. There is also a circle of investors who are interested in the construction of the second block of the Pljevlja thermal power plant and a gas plant ”; - added Jovanovitch.
