From the windows of the hotel and residences located on the west coast of the unique Lustica peninsula, a panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea opens. You can get to the hotel in 30 minutes by car from Tivat International Airport or 2 hours from Dubrovnik International Airport. Guests can also come here from the sea, mooring at the complex's private marina.
The hotel plans to design 120 cozy rooms and suites in an elegant laconic style using traditional local design elements, emphasizing the natural beauty of Montenegro, as well as equipping it with the most modern technologies. To harmoniously fit the building of the new hotel and residences into the landscape, they plan to build low-rise, with views of the sea and sunset. At your service there will be one main restaurant, two specialized restaurants, a beach bar, three swimming pools (indoor, outdoor and Lido with sea water), a spa and gym, as well as a club for children and adolescents with lots of entertainment. The hotel and the residence will become part of a multifunctional complex, which will include villas, landscaped gardens, a yacht club and a beautiful bay with beaches.
