Construction of a wind farm in Braichi will begin in June or July next year, said Golub Senich, CEO of Wind Farm Budva.
The WPD Brajići consortium has proposed 235 square meters for the construction of a wind farm, of which about 462 square meters are privately owned. Senich adds that they will have to settle property relations with private individuals as soon as an agreement is signed with the ministry.
“In the next two weeks, we will officially sign the land lease agreement. We will do our best to complete this project as soon as possible, ”Senich said.
The deadline is three years from the date of signing the agreement with the Government.
The project will involve more than 200 people. The consortium will pay the state 16,5 million euros for 30 years of land lease, which is about 550 euros per year. Golub Senich assured that the construction of a new wind farm will not affect electricity bills.
