The well-known Voli trading network has become an investor in the project. The construction of a multifunctional complex has already begun in the city center. The project cost is 8 million euros.

Some of the hotel apartments will go on sale. They can be leased through the management company. The hotel will be designed for both individual tourists and groups of pilgrims who visit Orthodox shrines: Ostrog and Zhdrebaonik monasteries.
