Prices in complex Portonovi, located in the village of Kumbor on the Herceg Novi Riviera, range from 350 thousand euros for apartments to 15 million euros for individual villas.

Portonovi is the largest project currently being implemented in Montenegro. In the first stage - 214 residences, as well as Marina D-Marin and Portonovi Beach Club. For sea travelers, a border point is open here.
The entire complex is planned to be commissioned in 2020. Portonovi area - 26 hectares.
In addition to the marina and residences, the project includes the One & Only luxury hotel, the Espace Chenot Health Wellness Spa, sports facilities, numerous boutiques, restaurants and bars.
Earlier it was reported that the developer Azmont Investments invested 469 million euros in the project (data for June this year). The total investment is estimated at 1 billion euros.
