Kotor will receive a new luxury resort worth 300 million euros. The resort will be built in Bigova Bay. A hotel and villas will be erected at the resort.
The Mayor of Kotor, Mr. Zhelko Aprkovich, Director of the Organization and Construction Directorate of Kotor, Mr. Zoran Mrdak and the Executive Director of Bigova Bay, Ms. Branka Lazarevich, signed an agreement on the implementation of investments in Kotor today - the construction of an elite tourist complex in Bigova .
"The local government is proud that there is a well-known investor in this business who will invest large sums of money - more than 300 million euros - and today it is an important day for the municipality of Kotor," said the mayor of Kotor.
The local company Bigova Bay became the investor of the project. She is investing 28 million euros in construction. Work will begin in January 2020.
