A businessman from Kosovo acquired a plot in Ulcinj for 900 euros

The municipality of Ulcinj sold at a tender a plot of 448 square meters in the Pristan area for 900 euros. The cost per square meter of land is 000 euros.

The buyer is a businessman from Kosovo, Lirim Mustafa. The plot itself is located in the attractive area of ​​Pristan, just 50 meters from the Small Beach.

Lirim Mustafa was the only bidder who made a deposit of 95 thousand euros. Within a month, he needs to draw up a contract of sale and pay the balance.

However, the local government hoped that the value of the land would exceed 1 million euros. The site has long been the subject of controversy among members of the ruling coalition, some of whom opposed the sale. Local residents adhere to the same position.
