The municipality of Ulcinj sold at a tender a plot of 448 square meters in the Pristan area for 900 euros. The cost per square meter of land is 000 euros.
The buyer is a businessman from Kosovo, Lirim Mustafa. The plot itself is located in the attractive area of Pristan, just 50 meters from the Small Beach.
Lirim Mustafa was the only bidder who made a deposit of 95 thousand euros. Within a month, he needs to draw up a contract of sale and pay the balance.
However, the local government hoped that the value of the land would exceed 1 million euros. The site has long been the subject of controversy among members of the ruling coalition, some of whom opposed the sale. Local residents adhere to the same position.
