Budva banned the construction of a 9-storey hotel

Ana Samardzic, the chief architect of Budva, refused to approve the concept of a future 9-storey luxury hotel. The condo hotel was planned to be built opposite the Old Town by the Roaming Montenegro company from Niksic.

According to Ana Samardzic, the future hotel does not fit into the local development, worsens the view of the Old Town and does not harmonize with neighboring buildings - in particular, the Mogren and Avala hotels.

Roaming Montenegro planned to build a five-star condo hotel with a total area of 5787 sq.m. Also in the hotel project - 53 rooms, a restaurant and a two-level parking lot for 65 parking spaces.
