The cost per square meter of housing in Montenegro has risen

The average cost per square meter in a new building in the coastal region was 1451 euros, in the central region - 694 euros, and in the north - 764 euros. In Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro, the price reached 1 euros per square meter, according to data for the 086th quarter of 4.

The average price per square meter of a new building in Montenegro is 1 euros. In the 135th quarter of last year, the price increased by 4% compared to the same quarter of 3,4.

Analysts explain that differences in prices per square meter depend on the amount of social housing in the total sample.
