Construction work on the residential part of the resort Portonovi are in the final stages. According to Stevan Milic, a member of the legal board of directors of the Portonovi Resort management company, this plan envisages putting the complex into operation on June 1.
In addition to 214 housing units, the resort will include about 30 different retail stores, a large number of restaurants, beaches, beach bars, galleries and a large supermarket.
“A marina with 238 berths has already been commissioned. The largest berth can accommodate a yacht up to 70 meters in length. But it is possible to connect two berths so that we can receive ships up to 140 meters long, ”Milic said.
One & Only will open in October
Construction work is also underway on the first One & Only hotel in Europe, an elite building that is projected to become a global benchmark in tourism and services.
Although the discovery was announced in July, but due to the pandemic, this deadline was rescheduled for October this year.
World quarantine also influenced sales throughout the complex. Nevertheless, the management is satisfied with the interest of potential buyers.
The investment in Portonovi, which was previously recognized as one of the most prestigious and ambitious residential projects in this part of Europe, is one billion euros.
