No building permits were issued in Kotor in 2020. The authorities have issued only one permit to commission the facility. While in 2019, 15 building permits were issued by the municipality of the city.
Last year, the Grbal district, located between Budva and the Lustica peninsula, received 7 permits. In Kindness - 5, in Shkalyari - 2 and in Risan - 1 building permit.
In 2019, the Kotor municipality approved a total of 13 permits for putting the facilities into operation.
