A restaurant with a terrace will open on the ground floor of the facility, and an observation deck on the second. On other floors there are business premises for Lustica Bay employees.
The lighthouse is a multifunctional facility built as part of the Lustica Bay project. The height of the structure is 25,5 m. The lighthouse occupies an area of 202 sq. m.
The architectural project and design was developed by two bureaus from Podgorica - AIM Studio and Studio K.
