Real estate sales in Herceg Novi fell by 90%

The number of transactions has dropped due to the pandemic. But the demand in the market remains, housing prices remain generally at the same level.

The most in demand are apartments by the sea and in the city center, houses with a view of the bay, urbanized plots with the necessary engineering infrastructure and a view of the Adriatic.

The cost of apartments on the first line ranges from 1700 to 2700 euros per sq. m. In the Topla-2 area, housing is offered at prices ranging from 1300 to 1700 euros per sq. m. m. In new buildings by the sea in the villages of Djenovici and Kumbor, apartments cost from 1450 euros to 2500 euros per sq. m. m.

A square meter in houses on the waterfront in Igalo is estimated at 2500 euros. The cost of apartments in the Gomila area is about 1000 euros per sq. m.
