In new buildings by the sea in the villages of Djenovici and Kumbor, apartments cost from 1450 euros to 2500 euros per sq. m. m.
A square meter in houses on the waterfront in Igalo is estimated at 2500 euros. The cost of apartments in the Gomila area is about 1000 euros per sq. m.
