Prime Minister of Montenegro Dusko Markovic visited the construction site of the future ski center Zharski - one of the ski resorts of the Belasitsa complex.
“I have visited all current construction sites in this region. And I can say that work in Mojkovac is in full swing. That the unprecedented global health and economic crisis did not stop investment in Mojkovac and its development. I want to tell the people of the region that we are currently spending 60 million euros on infrastructure development. The most important project, of course, is the arski ski resort, which will receive tourists from all over the world, ”Markovic said.
According to the plan, the Zharski ski center will be able to receive and serve 8000 tourists. 14 hotels will be built nearby. A six-seater cable car is planned for the arski ski center, for which a contract worth almost 9 million euros has already been signed.
At the moment, more than 6 million euros have already been invested in the project, of which 2 million were allocated this year.
