Now tourists from Russia and Azerbaijan can enter Montenegro without presenting coronavirus tests. The National Coordinating Council (NCC) has included these countries on the green list.
The NCC explained that now they see no obstacles to allow the entry of tourists from Russia and Azerbaijan. Especially considering the current epidemiological and economic situation in Montenegro.
Now you can get from Russia to Montenegro with a transfer in Istanbul for 230 euros.
