The average cost per square meter of housing in new buildings has decreased compared to 2019. For the second quarter of this year, it amounted to 1 euros and was 000% lower than last year and 17,1% higher than in the first quarter of 6,4. This was reported by the Statistical Office of Montenegro.
The average price per square meter of a new apartment in Podgorica was 974 euros, on the coast - 1 euros, in the central region - 229 euros, and in the north - 669 euros.
It should be noted that the average cost per square meter was influenced by the availability of social housing.
