1,63 million euros for illegal objects

According to the data presented at the government meeting, the municipalities of Montenegro received a total of 1,63 million euros in payments for illegal objects.

According to the same data, in Montenegro, 913 decisions were made on the legalization of objects, out of 51 submitted requests. More than 000 requests processed.

The number of decisions on legalization by the municipalities: Niksic - 253, Bijelo Pole - 104, Podgorica - 76, Tuzi - 77, Tivat - 41, Zabljak - 31, Shavnik - 2, Rozaje - 47, Pluzine - 26, Pljevlja - 8, Plav - 5 , Moikovac - 17, Kotor - 22, Kolasin - 15, Gusinye - 36, Danilovgrad - 64, Cetinje - 39, Budva - 14, Berane - 10, Andrievitsa - 26.

The legalization procedure implies the fulfillment of a number of requirements in agreement with the project documentation. The funds collected during the legalization process will be invested in the construction of the missing infrastructure and objects of public interest in the territories where the objects were built illegally.

The ultimate goal is to improve the quality of life of the townspeople and equip the space.
