Prices for apartments in a new building in Montenegro in 2020 are constantly decreasing. According to the latest statistics from Monstat, the average price per square meter of housing in a new building is 876 euros. The most expensive living space is located on the coast and its average price is 1414 euros, while in Podgorica it is 1100 euros.
The average price per square meter of a new apartment in Podgorica in the third quarter of 2020 was 1100 euros, in the coastal region - 1414 euros, in the central region - 515 euros, and in the northern region the average price per square meter in a new building was 603 euros.
The department says that the average price per square meter of a new apartment in Montenegro in the category of companies in the third quarter of 2020 was 1109 euros, and in the category of solidary housing construction - 492 euros.
