According to a leading UK travel forecast agency Globetrender, next year the Janu wellness hotel, a brand of the Aman Resorts group, will open in Montenegro.
The National Tourism Organization (NTO) announced with reference to an article that Aman intends to introduce a subsidiary hotel brand January... Janu's three new properties, based on “social well-being”, will be followed by “a strong hotel chain of the future” as Aman plans to open eight more properties within the first decade.
Janu Montenegro will be the first hotel to implement the brand's serviced residences concept, allowing guests to live a Janu-style experience for the long term.
“Janu is based on the belief that true luxury means not having to choose between personal satisfaction and pleasure. With this in mind, Janu Hotels are focused on stimulating the mind, body and soul, ”the NTO said in a statement.
Each hotel will feature extensive wellness facilities with state-of-the-art gym and spa treatments, and energetic group fitness classes.
According to The Telegraph, Janu hotels will also be larger - up to 150 rooms (for comparison, the largest Aman hotel in Tokyo has 84 rooms). And with smaller bedrooms, which will make Janu's prices more affordable.
