Bemax has started paving the Moracica Bridge, the largest and most expensive facility on the Bar - Bolyare highway.

Thus, work on the priority section of the road from Smokovac (near Podgorica) to Mateshevo (near Kolasin) is coming to an end. According to the latest data, about 93% of the work on this route has been completed. By the end of this year, the facility should be finally commissioned.

In addition to its impressive height, Moracica also stands out for its total width of 23,4 meters and a length of 960 meters.

The bridge contains five pillars, the largest of which is 161 meters high. The span from the bottom of the Moraca River to the bridge will be over 200 meters, making it the highest bridge in the former Yugoslavia.

The Moracica bridge is also the most expensive object on the future route - construction has already cost 74,5 million euros.
