The borders of Montenegro are open to all tourists from Russia with a negative PCR test for COVID-19, a certificate of vaccination or a certificate of the presence of antibodies. Such conditions were named by the Secretary of State for Tourism of the Ministry of Economic Development of Montenegro, Ivan Dzhurovich, according to the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR).
However, according to her, tourists vaccinated against the coronavirus will be more fortunate. They will not have to take another PCR test for coronavirus upon arrival in the country. At the same time, Djurovic believes that there will be no price increase in hotels in Montenegro in the 2021 season.
In Montenegro, before the start of the tourist season, which starts in June, it is planned to vaccinate 70-75% of the population, including with the help of the Russian Sputnik V vaccine.
Recall that air traffic between Russia and Montenegro has been suspended since March 2020. It is planned to resume air traffic between the two countries in 1,5 months.
