Average salary without taxes in April 2021 in Montenegro, according to the statistical office Monstate, amounted to 529 euros, which is 0,6 percent higher than in March.
The average net salary in April compared to the same month in 2020 increased by 1,5 percent.
Recall that in May 2021 the minimum wage has increased in Montenegro.
The average gross salary in April 2021 was 790 euros.
“If we take into account that consumer prices in April increased by 0,6 percent compared to March, it follows that real wages for the same period remained at the same level,” the ministry said in a statement.
