European Commissioner for Enlargement Oliver Varheyi said that Montenegro has completed all the procedures for joining the EU digital certification system. This means that citizens of Montenegro will be able to travel more freely to the EU countries on December 24 with national covid certificates.
This information was confirmed in ministry health care in Montenegro.
“It is important that citizens know that the EU electronic certificate is valid for 14 days from the last dose of the vaccine. The PCR test is valid for 72 hours, and the rapid antigen test is valid for 48 hours, ”the message says.
