The government announced that a potential investor has approached the Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism to accept investment in the completion of the As Hotel in Perasića Do (Petrovac).
According to the RTCG portal, the group acted as an investor Hilton, which has expressed serious interest, but litigation and a long-term dispute are slowing down the project.
Although other details are not given, the portal RTCG learned that the Hilton group, which had expressed interest in investing in the project, is currently holding litigation.
