National airline AirMontenegro last week carried out the first flight between Tivat and Brno (Czech Republic), and flights are planned to be carried out from June 15 to September 23 of the current year twice a week (on Thursdays and Saturdays).
“Given the importance of the Czech broadcasting market for tourist flows and the extension of the tourist season in Montenegro, we consider it important that Air Montenegro open an airline between Tivat and Brno,” the company said.
The airline adds that in cooperation with the Tourist Organization of Tivat, the first travelers from Brno were greeted with a “traditional Montenegrin welcome”.
“Comparative statistics for the 1st quarter of the current year compared to the 1st quarter of the previous year for the Czech market indicate the validity of the introduction of the airline, given that we record an increase in overnight stays and the number of tourists from this market with a trend towards future dynamic tourist flow from this significant emission market ", - they say in Air Montenegro.
