Continuation of construction Autobahn Bar-Bolyare from the Montenegrin port to the southern border with Serbia, may start in two years, the company said Monteput.
The company said that by the end of 2022, the conceptual designs of two sections that are connected to the existing one, from Smokovac to Mateševo, will be completed.
The Analitika portal writes that we are talking about the Mateshevo-Andrijevitsa and Smokovac-Pharmacy sections.
According to previously available information, the section of the Mateshevo-Andrijevitsa motorway should be about 23,5 kilometers long. According to preliminary estimates released in July by the Ministry of Capital Investments, the construction of this section will cost more than 550 million euros.
On the other hand, the section from Smokovac to Farmak is actually a detour of Podgorica, and its total length is about 18 kilometers. Cost estimates for the construction of this section have not been made public recently. The specificity of this section compared to others is that almost the entire route will be laid in close proximity to settlements in the suburban area of Podgorica.
