Investments from Russia in Montenegrin real estate grew in 2022

Household consumption in Montenegro remains high, fueled by increase in the minimum wagebut investment remains low. The initial figures indicate satisfactory performance of the tourist season, - says in the message of the Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Foreign direct investment, predominantly from Russia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), mostly in real estate, increased by 80 percent year on year in the first half of this year.
